for the GREAT LAKES DISTRICT and the reservation center will make your
reservation. If you use any other number you will be told they are sold
out. On line registrations will not be accepted. Reservations must be
made by May 2.
APICS Room cost is $119 for a single which includes a
Hot Bar Breakfast for everyone in your room. Rate is $129 for a double.

District Presidents,
We are trying to
organize an International
SCC to be held in
Denver this year. The
attached document provides a little more depth and some background. I would like to
see us send our winning team (limited to 5 members) to the competition,
but it will take a small contribution from your chapter if; as I always
say, you can find it in your heart and your treasury.

your Chapter Minimum Standards and your C-Bar awards documents. Remember
that Chapter Minimum Standards is a requirement and must be filled out.

District Speaker List
Many of you have requested that we start a District Speaker List. We hope that the info on the attachment helps you. When using the list if you find that speakers you have used are not on the list please share them with us. Simply email your listing to me and I will add your speakers to the list for others to use. Hope this is just the start of a fantastic resource.

2011-2012 Chapter Board Listing
At one of our District meetings we had a request to display all the Chapter Board Members for all chapters. The reason being is so that we would increase communication between chapters officers. This will also allow (as an example) for a treasurer of one chapter (or any of the board members) to communicate with another officer on another chapter board. The list is attached for your use.
Update: A few Chapter officers have asked that we not display some of the personal information on this listing. Due to this all info was removed except the name of Chapter, the name of the board member, the office held and an email listing. Anyone wishing to have their email address removed or changed to a generic listing please let me know. anthony.stencel@sbcglobal.net We hope this change will take care of the original need yet help with privacy issues.
